GLOBE@COP31 - OVERVIEW

GLOBE Legislators is proud to publish the COP31 Parliamentary Calendar to coincide with the UNFCCC Conference of Parties taking place in Antalya, Türkiye, from 9 – 20 November 2026.

The calendar is a GLOBE Legislators initiative provided as a service to the broader parliamentary constituency in our role as the UNFCCC Focal Point for Parliamentarians. We are grateful for the cooperation from a wide range of parliamentary networks and organisations, across the political spectrum, who are supporting parliamentary capacity building and engagement in vital ways. We are proud to be working with them, the COP31 Presidency, UNFCCC secretariat, National and Major Group Focal Points, and others in the production of this consolidated calendar.

Published since COP26, this year’s COP31 Parliamentary Calendar includes events and activities involving parliamentarians both at COP31 as well as beyond in national parliaments.

The Calendar covers activities across this broader “COP31 parliamentary estate” to include the Blue Zone, Green Zone, hotels and other venues in Antalya, as well as beyond in parliaments and other venues across the world.

NEW: COP30 PARLIAMENTARY SPEAKERS DIRECTORY

Towards this, at COP30 we are initiating a special COP30 Parliamentary Speakers Directory for Media and event organisers. We know that many members of parliament come to COPs to learn and network, but also to share their knowledge and expertise to inform debates and negotiations.
